About Us

Rokicki and Associates, Inc. (R&A) was created to provide superior development and management services to public and private
clients.  Incorporated in the State of Florida in 1991, we are now located, after 18 years in South Florida, in Harrison Tennessee in
the Southeast corner of the state near Chattanooga.
Our New Products and Information:

Are you a certified Global Career Development Facilitator?   Do you know that you need to earn continuing
education credits for recertification?  If not, then check the NCDA website for the requirements, then look at
R&A's continuing education courses that you can complete to partially meet the continuing education
requirements for your GCDF certification.  We are here to help you with your recertification requirements.

  • Provide continuing education training opportunities to individuals who wish to expand their knowledge and
    skills in the workforce development area.
  • Conduct program evaluations for organizations who have received federal, state and private funding.
  • Offer management assistance to organizations such as nonprofits and other organizations seeking to
    expand or use creative solving techniques.
  • Help organizations find grants and/or write the grant proposals to build their financial stability or to
    develop new programs.
  • Advise for-profit schools on federal Title IV student financial aid matters.

and in conducting
program/contract
evaluations meeting
the exacting
requirements of
funding agencies.
