clients.  Incorporated in the State of Florida in 1991, we are now located, after 18 years in South Florida, in Harrison Tennessee in
the Southeast corner of the state near Chattanooga.

  • We provide management assistance to organizations such as nonprofits and other organizations seeking

  • We help organizations find grants and/or write the grant proposals to build their financial stability or to
    develop new programs.
  • We advise for-profit schools on federal Title IV student financial aid matters.
